You have the right to access the personal data we store about you. Request a copy of your data using the form below.

What Data Can You Access?

When you request your data, we will provide a comprehensive export including:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, account creation date, last login
  • Purchase History: All orders, digital products purchased, course enrollments with dates and amounts
  • Reading History: Blog posts you've read, bookmarks, saved articles (if tracked)
  • Interests: Topics you follow, categories you subscribe to
  • Communication Preferences: Email notification settings, SMS opt-in status
  • Phone Number: If you verified your phone for SMS notifications
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Which newsletters you're subscribed to and subscription dates

Data Export Format

Your data will be provided in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) that you can:

  • View in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Import into other services (data portability)
  • Store as a personal backup
  • Review for accuracy

How to Request Your Data

Option 2: Request via Contact Form

Complete the form below to request a copy of your data. We'll process your request and email you a download link within 48 hours.

We typically respond within 48 hours. For urgent matters, you can call 307-299-4071.

Processing Time

  • Standard Requests: Processed within 48 hours
  • Large Account Data: May take up to 5 business days for accounts with extensive purchase/reading history
  • Download Link: Valid for 7 days after generation

Verification

For your security, we will verify your identity before providing access to your data:

  • Data will only be sent to the email address associated with your account
  • You may be asked to confirm via magic link before data is released
  • We cannot provide data to third parties, even with authorization

What If I Find Errors?

If you find inaccurate or incomplete information in your data export:

  • Log in to your account and update your information at Account Settings
  • Or use the contact form above to request corrections
  • We will correct verified errors within 72 hours
