Subscriptions
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
Digital Products & One-Time Purchases
All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued on digital products.
AI Deep Dive Program & Live Programs
The Deep Dive is a live, cohort-based program. Sessions are delivered on a fixed schedule.
24-hour cancellation window: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued and your access will be revoked immediately.
After 24 hours: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued regardless of attendance. If you are unable to attend a session, recordings and all resources remain available on your participant dashboard.
How to Request a Refund
Email storeysinthedirt@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Referral Rebates
Referral rebates are held as pending for 24 hours following a referred purchase. If the referred purchase is refunded within the cancellation window, the referral rebate is voided. After 24 hours, the rebate is released to the monthly payout queue.
Referral rebates are treated as a reduction of the original sale price and are non-taxable to the recipient. No 1099 is issued.
