SMS Program Description

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages.
Consent and Opt-In

- Verbal consent at in-person events (followed by confirmation text)
- Verbal consent during phone conversations (followed by confirmation text)
- Replying "YES" to a confirmation text message

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Refund Policy
- Digital Products: Refunds available within 14 days if product is defective or not as described
- Courses: Refunds may be available within 14 days if less than 25% of course content accessed
- Subscriptions: Non-refundable except as required by law
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Storey's in the Dirt and is protected by copyright laws.
Purchased courses and digital products are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell course materials without explicit written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional agricultural, veterinary, or business advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storey's in the Dirt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
